Two big suitcases, packed loose
- Both hands full from the curb to the check-in desk.
- Sitting on the lid to force the zipper shut.
- Digging through everything to find one charger.
Smaller, not lighter. If you pack 20 outfits for a 2-day trip, this is for you.
Cordless Space Kit · For travel & home
A cordless USB-C pump and clear compression bags in three sizes. Fit a week of bulky clothes in one carry-on, or a closet's worth of winter under the bed. It won't make anything lighter. It makes it a lot smaller.
If a SpaceMax bag won't hold its seal, we replace it free.
I didn’t expect these vacuum bags to make such a big difference, but they saved so much space in my suitcase. I was able to pack way more clothes than usual and everything stayed organized. Super useful for travel.
Two bags or one
Loose packing wastes space. There's air in every sweater and a gap beside every pile. Press it out, and clothes that overstuffed two big suitcases can fit in one, sorted into clear bags you can see straight through.

Before
With SpaceMax
Same clothes, same weight. It's all in one bag now instead of two. How much fits depends on what you pack: bulky knits, hoodies and puffers shrink the most.
What it saves you
Less space means fewer bags to check and no new furniture to buy.
Bulky clothes are mostly air. Press it out and the same wardrobe fits in one suitcase, one closet and the space under your bed.
$50–60saved per flight
Skip the extra checked bagFit the whole trip in one suitcase and skip the second checked bag fee on most US airlines.$400–500not spent on furniture
Skip the new wardrobeA new dresser or wardrobe costs $400–500. Seal off-season clothes flat and they fit the closet you have. From $59.99one time
Reusable, trip after tripOne cordless pump and bags you can reseal every trip and every season.
Smaller, not lighter: compression saves space, not weight. Keep checked bags under your airline's weight limit, usually 50 lb.
Same carry-on
One 20" carry-on. Up to 10 days of outfits instead of 4.
Hoodies, sweaters, jeans and pajamas are mostly air. Press it out and each day's outfit goes from a thick stack to a flat slab, so the days you used to leave behind fit in the same bag.
Each block is one day of outfits. Bulky fabrics compress the most. Thin cotton and silk shrink less, so pack those flat on top.

Who it's for
Most people buy SpaceMax for one of three jobs. Tap yours.

The carry-on overpacker
“My suitcase won't close. I'm sitting on it again.”
You want options on the trip, not a capsule wardrobe. Pack hoodies, jeans and the second going-out outfit into the S and M bags, pump them flat, and zip a 20" carry-on without sitting on it. At the hotel, put the dirty clothes in the L bag and pump it down for the flight home.

The seasonal closet swapper
“Half my closet is coats I wear three months a year.”
In April, puffers, comforters and spare pillows go into L bags and sweaters into M. Clear film lets you see what's inside without opening anything, and sealed bags keep out dust and closet smells until October. The guest bedding is ready when the holidays come around.

The family trip planner
“I pack for four. Somehow it's all in my suitcase.”
Give each person their own clear bag, so the 5-year-old's pajamas aren't buried under your work clothes. Fewer suitcases to drag through the airport, and nobody digs through everything for one pair of socks. Kids can run the zip. You do the 30-second pump.
SpaceLock 3-Seal
Air sneaks back into vacuum bags in three places: the zip, the valve and the film. SpaceLock closes all three, so your bag stays flat from home to hotel and back.

The slider presses two rails shut at once, and a stay-on clip holds the end so it can't creep open in your suitcase.

One-way, triple-sealed valve. Air can only go out. A red filter pad keeps lint out of the seal, and the cap twists to CLOSE to lock it.

A nylon layer blocks air and resists punctures. A polyethylene layer keeps it flexible. STOP lines show you how full to pack.
"Before we designed a single bag, we read the reviews. The number one complaint wasn't size. It was bags that puffed back up overnight. So we built every part of the seal around one job: stay flat."
If a SpaceMax bag loses its seal, tell us and we'll send a replacement free. The pump is covered for 12 months.
How it works
The same four steps printed on the box. No vacuum cleaner, no hand pump, no outlet.

Roll or fold clothes flat. Keep the zipper area clear.
Run the slider along the double zip and clip the end.
Open the cap, press the pump on the valve and push the button. 30 to 60 seconds.
Twist the cap to CLOSE. Pack it, stack it, or slide it under the bed.
About a minute per bag, start to finish.

The pump
Packing for home is easy. Packing at the hotel for the flight back is where most vacuum bags fail. The SpaceMax pump rides in your pocket or toiletry bag, so you can pump everything flat again in your room, dirty laundry included.

Reviews
“I always check a bag because I overpack. This time I did 10 days in Lisbon with just my carry-on. The pump lives in my toiletry bag, so repacking at the hotel took five minutes.”
“Every vacuum bag I've owned needed a vacuum cleaner, so they were useless on the way back. With this one I pumped everything flat again in my hotel room the night before the flight.”
“Four puffers and two comforters went into the L bags and slid under the bed. I checked them two months later and they were still flat. Got half a closet back.”
“36 bags was enough for all six of us. One bag per kid, labeled by name, and nothing exploded when we opened the suitcases.”
“Love that the box says it won't make your suitcase lighter. It didn't, so I weighed my carry-on before leaving like they suggest. Came in right at the limit, with way more outfits.”
“I was worried about wrinkles. I rolled my knits like the guide says and they came out fine. My linen shirt needed a steamy bathroom, which they also told me upfront.”
No heavier and no lighter. Your clothes weigh what they weigh. Compression removes air, which is why the bag gets smaller. Because you can fit more in, it's easy to pack heavier than you meant to, so if your airline weighs carry-ons, pack to its limit.
Hoodies, sweaters, knits, jeans, sleepwear and puffers come out fine. Roll instead of fold to keep creases soft. For dress shirts or linen, hang them in a steamy bathroom for ten minutes when you arrive. We don't recommend compressing structured blazers or suits.
Bring the pump. It weighs 4.6 oz and measures 2" × 5.5", so it fits in a pocket or toiletry bag. Refill the bags in your hotel room, zip, and pump each one flat in 30 to 60 seconds. No outlet needed.
That's what the SpaceLock 3-Seal is for. Make sure the zip is fully closed end to end and the valve cap is twisted to CLOSE. If a bag still loses its seal, the Stays Flat Guarantee covers a free replacement.
Down bounces back once you open the bag and give it a shake. For storage longer than one season, open the bag and let it breathe for a day before sealing it again.
Yes. It's a small rechargeable device with a built-in battery, like a phone or e-reader. Keep it in your carry-on.
The Travel Kit (12 bags, $59.99) covers one traveler. The Suitcase + Closet Kit (24 bags, $89.99) gives you enough bags for trips and for seasonal storage at home, all run by one pump. The Family Kit (36 bags, $119.99) is for packing several people at once, and works out to $3.33 per bag.
Return it within 30 days. The pump has a 12-month warranty, and any bag that won't hold its seal is replaced free.
Make space for what matters.
